Changes after ArchCloud™ Lite/Pro v5.5.5.0

Pro and Lite v5.5.5.2 (20-Nov-2009)

  1. Bug fix – Match cloud backup server with predefined messages to prevent ArchCloud Pro interpreting messages from intermediate devices (e.g. proxy server) as valid server messages.
  2. Bug fix – Local copy, moved files and permission updated files for backup files with in-file delta chain are not processed correctly.
  3. Bug fix – Logging “File has been removed already” as info instead of logging “The system cannot find the file specified.” As error for files that have been removed after backup has started.
  4. Enhancement – Change to use – result-file for mysqldump to specify output file instead of redirecting standard output to file.

AutoUpdate:
Over the course of the week, your client will auto-update itself to the new version. It will not require you to do anything.

Manually install the patch set / hotfix files:
* Extract the zip file and replace in the installed directory, overwrite the obc.jar file in the bin folder.
* (Windows) Expand [acp-win-hotfix5552.zip] and replace file in [C:\Program Files\ArchCloud Pro\bin]
* (Mac OS X) Expand [acp-mac-hotfix5552.zip] and replace file in [/Applications/ArchCloud Pro/bin]
* (Linux / Unix / BSD) Expand [acp-nix-hotfix5552.zip] and replace file in [$OBM_HOME] (e.g. /usr/local/acp/bin)
* (NetWare) Expand [acp-netware-hotfix5552.zip] and replace file in to [SYS:\ACP\bin]
